Responsibilities:
oProviding customer break fix support for designated equipment
oCommunicating clearly in written and verbal form
oPossess excellent customer service skills
oAccepting and delivery of all service calls assigned
oCompleting all administrative tasks associated with each call
oResponsible for control and return of assets and inventory
oOther duties may be assigned to meet business needs
oMay provide functional guidance to colleagues
Qualifications:
oTypically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 1-2 years of relevant experience
oAbility to drive yourself to client locations
oAbility to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
oValid driver's license
oReliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
oMust be able to pass criminal background and driving record check annually and at time of hire.
oMust own a basic repair tool kit
Pay:
Part time job
Up to 29 hours a week
$14-16/hourly
