Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking, experienced professional who will oversee all aspects of our projects.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope as well as establishing a professional working team environment.
This is an exempt, salaried position, reporting directly to the Industrial Services Director of RAM Enterprise, Inc.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
Must have a proven record of commitment to Safety Responsible for the overall progress of the project as well as coordinate internal resources and vendors for the execution of projects Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Ability to work with numerous contractors and sub-contractors in an efficient manner Follow the project timeline and the given budget to ensure that deadlines are met Ensure resource availability and allocation Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate techniques Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals Responsible for orderliness on site and ensure compliance with safety regulations Report and escalate to management as needed Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis Use and continually develop leadership skills Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels Must be an active listener, recognizing diverse perspectives and be capable of facilitating collaboration Must be dedicated to supporting the team through mentoring, training, and succession planning activities Clearly understand company profit expectations and the impact of them on monthly financials Other job duties as assigned by management Requirements 10
years on the job supervision experience in the industrial construction industry A valid driver's license is required upon hire and as a condition of continued employment Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft platform, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook Ability to develop and sustain positive working relationships with all personnel and clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as problem solving and analytical skills Experience working on smartphones and tablets Advanced understanding of MSHA and OSHA rules and regulations Criteria/Conditions:
Ability to work in various industrial settings, including; Shop environment, mining environment, construction environment, which may include exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity, moving mechanical parts, rick of electrical shock, toxic chemicals, fumes or airborne particles.
Ability to travel and work remotely if required.
Ability to safely lift up-to 50 lbs.
