Essential Functions:
Perform shipping, receiving, inbound/outbound freight carriers, perpetual counts, order fulfillment, building hoses, and processing parts back orders with a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with customers, other employees and supervisor.
Process all documentation generated in the parts department.
Display the ability to learn and apply new knowledge of parts, components and equipment.

Maintain utilized work areas, equipment and tools to promote a safe and clean environment.
Adhere to company policies, procedures and regulations.

Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with all co-workers, customers and the general public.
Professional phone and customer service skills.
Ability to be certified and skilled in forklift operation.
Math skills for critical measurement.
Able to operate small machines and tools.
Proficient computer technology skills, including ability to utilize other company authorized software.
Accurately receives, fills and ships orders Completes and processes appropriate documentation.
Effectively participates as part of team, leading and assisting where appropriate and requesting assistance when needed.
Work varying shifts and overtime as necessary.
Achieves a customer focus by delivering high quality, cost effective service.
EDUCATION AND
Experience:
High School diploma, GED or trade school equivalent preferred, not required.
Prior warehouse experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read and understand materials commonly used in the parts division.
